Courtyard Fairfield Napa Valley Area, Fairfield

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect for our needs and close to everything I had planned to visit, but it was far from Napa Valley, which might mislead guests unfamiliar with the area. The service was excellent, with the staff greeting us warmly and being extremely friendly and helpful. However, the rooms had a strong cigarette smoke smell and poor TV reception, making it a bit uncomfortable. The dining experience was good, especially the morning options, but it was not included in the stay. Despite these issues, the facilities were convenient for my needs.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff was kind enough to allow me to change rooms, the room I ended up in was quite spacious, enabling me to unpack with ease. However, the rooms looked a bit worn out, especially the bathroom. The location was convenient, close to shopping options, but I felt a bit let down overall by the accommodation.

The hotel had many side entrances, making it a bit tricky to reach the selected temperature in the rooms. They were comfortable but somewhat older, dark, and noisy. However, the cleanliness was satisfactory overall.
